26TRA600 Project All Rise: Classroom Culture and Neurodiversity - The Three Ingredients
Date: Tuesday 1st September 2026
Time: 7.00 - 8.00 pm
Venue: Online via Zoom
Target Audience: Primary and post-primary school staff, including teachers, principals, deputy principals, and SNAs/ ANAs.
What does a neuroinclusive classroom culture actually depend on? Research and lived experience point to three key ingredients. This session explores what they are and what they look like in practice.
Through short films featuring neurodivergent young people and adults alongside insights from experts in education, psychology, and occupational therapy, educators will see what inclusive culture looks and sounds like in real classrooms. Rather than adding another framework to learn, this session focuses on the everyday practices and shifts that make the biggest difference.
Educators will come away with a clearer picture of how to set up norms and practices for an inclusive classroom in their own setting, and a sense of where to start. This is the second session in the Project All Rise Live series, free film-based learning and live events supporting schools in creating a culture that's Built for Neurodiversity, one small change at a time.
