Using the Digital Learning Framework (DLF) to embed Digital Technologies in Teaching, Learning and Assessment.
The purpose of this seminar is to support and inform school leaders and digital learning teams in applying the new Digital Learning Framework to embed digital technologies in teaching, learning and assessment.
The seminar will:
- Empower and enable school leaders and digital learning teams to effectively embed the use of digital technologies in schools, emphasising a constructivist pedagogical orientation.
- Explore, through the use of the six step process and the sharing of good practice, how the DLF can support the embedding of digital technologies in the school context.
- Raise awareness of the supports PDST and PDST Technology in Education can offer in embedding digital technologies in teaching, learning and assessment
Please note: These seminar days are for Post-Primary principals and one other nominated teacher.
Maximum numbers for each session is 26 (13 schools with 2 members from each staff).
Both the principal and other member of staff must attend the same seminar.

Spice up your Christmas Performance with some Rhythm
Martin Schärer from the Percussion Workshop will show you some tricks of how to use self-made percussion instruments (Shakers, buckets) to create a powerful and fun performance.
You will learn:
- How to play home-made percussion instruments such as shakers and buckets.
- Learn a fun rhythm arrangement.
This course is developed for all primary school teachers (1st– 6thclass).
The course content can be simplified for the small children. 3rd-6thclass can use the full arrangement (including different rhythm patterns played at the same time
